About Animation:

Jurassic World Camp Cretaceous is an American animated science fiction action-adventure streaming television series developed by Zack Stentz. Based on the 1990 novel Jurassic Park by Michael Crichton, it debuted on Netflix on September 18, 2020, as part of the Jurassic Park franchise. It stars Paul-Mikél Williams, Sean Giambrone, Kausar Mohammed, Jenna Ortega, Ryan Potter, and Raini Rodriguez as a group of teenage campers who become stranded on Isla Nublar after multiple dinosaurs escape their habitats.[a] Jameela Jamil, Glen Powell, Stephanie Beatriz, Bradley Whitford, Angus Sampson, Greg Chun, Kirby Howell-Baptiste, and Haley Joel Osment also star in recurring roles. Upon release, the series was met with mixed to positive reviews from critics, who applauded the animation and diverse voice cast but criticized its character designs and writing. A second season premiered on January 22, 2021, which was followed by the release of a third season on May 21, 2021. That same year, a fourth season was released on December 3. Aaron Hammersley and Scott Kreamer both serve as showrunners for the series, executive-producing along Lane Lueras, Steven Spielberg, Colin Trevorrow, and Frank Marshall. At the 48th Annie Awards, the series won for Outstanding Achievement for Animated Effects. The campers celebrate their escape from the island. Kenji remains furious with Darius over risking Brooklynn’s life for the laptop. While waiting to arrive in Costa Rica, the campers find a Compy on the boat, which was the creature that was rattling the door. Sammy, Darius, Yaz, and Ben go to catch the Compy while Kenji and Brooklynn try to fix a radar on the boat. Brooklynn successfully repairs the radar but the others are unable to catch the Compy. Kenji notices the boat’s propellor is stuck in seaweed, so Darius goes into the ocean to remove it. Shortly after removing the seaweed from the propellor, Kenji and Brooklynn see a shark on the radar, including the Mosasaurus. Trying to swim back to the boat, Darius is caught in the seaweed, so Kenji dives under to save him. Shortly after getting back on the boat, the campers try to fend off the Mosasaurus as it starts biting the boat. It disappears for a while, but then comes back to the surface and jumps in the air, landing on the boat and destroying it. The group then wakes up un-injured on an unknown island.
