فیلم دیوید و الف ها درباره الفی به نام آلبرت می‌باشد که معتقد است قدرت جادویی در سرزمین بابانوئل از قدردانی انسان‌ها از هدایای کریسمس ناشی می‌شود. حال آلبرت برای اینکه بررسی کند آیا واقعا حق با او است یا خیر، از سرزمین بابانوئل فرار می‌کند. اما آلبرت پس از مدتی متوجه می‌شود که هیچکس روی زمین او را دوست نداشته و به جادو یا هدایای او نیازی ندارند. حال قدرت جادویی آلبرت شروع به کم شدن می‌کند؛ اما خوشبختانه او با پسری 11 ساله به نام دیوید آشنا می‌شود که به جادوی کریسمس اعتقاد دارد. دیوید آلبرت را خیلی دوست داشته و حاضر است برای دوست عزیز خود هر کاری انجام دهد. با این وجود، آلبرت همچنان در حال از دست دادن قدرت جادویی خود می‌باشد و به نظر می‌رسد که عشق انسان‌ها برای افزایش قدرت الفها کافی نیست. پس چگونه می‌توان به آلبرت کمک کرد؟ اگر آلبرت و دیوید پاسخی برای این سوال پیدا نکنند ممکن است بدترین اتفاق برای آلبرت افتاده و…

About Film:
David and the Elves (Dawid i Elfy) is an upcoming Polish-language Christmas movie coming to Netflix on December 6, 2021. The movie moves around the young David to whom this Christmas not brings happiness as his parents have moved to a big city and forgotten the meaning of Christmas. David decides to change that. Then he meets Elf Albert who escaped from the land of Santa Claus to figure out what Christmas is all about and where does the magic power come from. Elf Albert believes that it is given by people’s love, which comes from gratitude for gifts. Albert does not understand why Saint Nicholas is needed, with whom he is hiding in an invisible sleigh. Soon he finds that nobody on Earth loves him, nobody needs his magic or gifts. Albert’s magical powers begin to wane. But after meeting David, he is ready to do anything for him as David still believes in the magic of Christmas and searches for her in a big city without success. David has also sincere love for Albert. Together, they embark on a journey to the Tatra mountains in search of David’s grandparents that is full of adventures. It seems that human love does not increase it. Where to get it then? If Albert and David did not find an answer, the worst would happen to the elf. Where does the magic power come from in the land of Santa Claus? Elf Albert believes that it is given by people’s love, which comes from gratitude for gifts. Albert does not understand why Saint Nicholas is needed, with whom he is hiding in an invisible sleigh. Isn’t it better to go to people and use their love to the full?
